As Australia wall all of your caps in case naval Japan or Siam send stealth.
Use NC

Use all reinf in Melbourne to make infantry, and send them to Canberra. Use all reinf in Canberra on infantry and send all the infantry to Sydney. Make 3 ausssie/New Zealand transports and fill them with inf minus the inf in Brisbane as you are gonna pick them up. If you have any reinf left in Sydney use them on cruisers, and send eveything to Brisbane where you make a mix of cruisers and battleships. Now send everything towards the Solomon islands and wall them with cruisers.
In Perth make Battleships and send them towards Indonesia.
In Canada its just to send as much infantry to Australia as possible.

This is just what I do the first turn as Australia, what I do next turn depends on what Siam does, but I always manage to take Siam's Pacfic islands and Siam New Guinea. Then I usually help US by taking the Phillipines, Peleliu and Guam from naval Japan. Siam I just raid with Battleships while waiting for my transports in the East to arrive.

Edit: And don't forget your city in Egypt. There I make Battleships and send them up the Suez.
