Special Units in Events/Scenarios (New Idea)

Have the option to put rare units in special events in scenarios?

Good idea. No reason why this shouldn't be added. We should also have the option of renaming them and so on.

Would at least offset the issue of being unable to change stats for now. An excellent suggestion.

It might be good but then again some people might exploit it to give a country a upper hand. Also is good ether way.

It's a scenario dude. It will be exploited in good faith, with the intention to balance the game. If it's a troll scenario that doesn't have this intention, it will never be popular. It's a good idea any way you look at it.
