I don't understand how to wall with 3 units?

Whenever I try to do the triangle wall with 3 units, the 2 units that are close to each other connect rather than the 2 connecting to the one further away. I have watched tutorials and have tried the exact same shape shown in tutorials, but it just doesn't seem to work for me. The walls also don't seem to stretch as long as it does for other people. Can you figure out what I'm doing wrong? Do I need any sort of upgrade?

That's gay. Put your units in the dips between each point. It's a surer way of ensuring your city is walled. And it looks good too!

yes but the points look nicer overall since you don't have retarded triangles sticking out of your wall

Alot of noob is don't play on max zoom, play on Max in game zoom, I even go a step further and increase browser zoom to 125%
