Atwar players will be kicked out after 3 AM, picking NC hungary, dude go to sleep.

Not everyone lives in the same time zone.

If I got kicked in 3AM east coast time, I'll stop playing AtWar, since that's when I usually play.

No, it's a good random law.... every advanced society has them...
