Need a coaltion

Alts are generally regarded as a no-no for clans because it is immoral to use them. Also, I think we all know you aren't an alt because you are asking to be taught by someone. A rank 11 wouldn't need the training. As for finding the coalition, evoL does not accept rank 3s and we only accept 4+ (although I don't know if Madara's changed those rules). TC and evoL are only major training clan that I can think of that accept lower ranks. So I doubt you will get into one until you rank up further
