Finished turn in a casual game? Don't open it until the next turn

Everytime I finish my moves and I return back to check out if I missed anything I always find that either some moves got cancelled, or there's a weird bug around it.

I didn't hit "save" button and just closed it. Hopefully my moves are all fine...

So long as you don't press Save, it would not make any difference opening a game.

Does re-positioning all units/moves when returning into a casual game represent an insurmountable challenge that would forever prevent an eventual "list of moves with delete/reorder options" (as suggested here: http://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=23425)? Or is there hope for it to be implemented one day (I'm not asking for a promise or an implementation date here, just for your impression)?

It happened to me, I saved turn and the units attacked an island instead of unloading the troops and attacking 3 different locations.
