How do I use Marines?

I bought the Ground Stealth upgrade, and it shows that I've purchased it in my upgrade screens, but when I play a game it still shows me that I haven't unlocked them. Is there something else you have to do to unlock them other than just purchase the upgrade?

are you sure? check in-game to see if you can reinforce a city with marines.

Did you buy the marine upgrade or did you buy an upgrade for marines? Or maybe you confused it with the naval stealth unit, the submarines?

He is a rank 2 and the cheapest marine upgrade is 17k so that is impossible, he may need to log out and clear cache. Can you take screenshots to show the marines being unavailable in your reinforcement menu and having been purchased in the SP menu?

Subs are classed as naval stealth and not ground stealth and he specifically stated 'Ground "Stealth' in the post so I assume not.

The problem is, when you start a game without to have the upgrade and than you buy the marines upgrade later in the game, it did never worked in the current game. It works until next game!
