Enemies list

Does this toggle do anything? I have selected it for a few players and I have failed to find it on my profile. I am assuming it doesn't work at all like a friends list.

The main function of the enemies list is that the player name will appear to you with an ≠ symbol in front of it, so you always know if a player is your enemy. The list essentially is so that if someone is insulting you or backstabs you it is easy to identify them and beat them next time you play them.
