Clear the cache and try again, it's definitely working

I tried the out-of-browser app, "connection error try again"
I tried Microsoft edge (which I have never used on this PC) and I got the "get Silverlight now" screen
I downloaded Firefox specifically for this and I got the same screen.
I definitely have Microsoft Silverlight, I installed it just a few days ago. Sorry Amok but it really isn't working for me.
