I can not change my general Icon.

Well basically im trying to change my general icon, i deleted the old one but anytime i try to use a new imagen the old icon returns.

I had this problem too. Load & submit the image, then hit Ctrl + F5. That should do it

Yeah, sometimes it takes awhile to change.
