I recieved approval from admins to unofficialy inform you about all these things since we got a pretty unusual deal. Due to good relationship with Sun Tzu, we made a deal (with Ivan's and Amok's approval) to change AW from the base. We have talked over 2 days on the Skype for hours and some things we decided will shock you (it's on you will it be positively or negatively) and some things not, but hard changes will happen.

As you probably noticed, a new strategies are coming, new upgrades already came (4 more coming soon). Amok has (finally?) finished his part of Map Editor (official implementation will be very very soon, you guess when ) but that's not all. Sugar is coming..

Moderator squad will be changed from the roots, also they will recieve some extra goods to raise their influence since Amok is probably ( ) leaving us for some longer period (family, another business, lack of time in global)so Ivan and Sun will stay as main admins. Ivan will cover Amok's area and Sun is searching for a marketing helper and also in-game Admin (who will be announced soon). Another marketing admin will be like Sun's right hand, will help him in advertising of the game through social sites and also a big thing is planned to be started, since I mustn't uncover some details to you, I will only say that amount of money will be used for something never seen here before which many 'popular' games nowadays have done and accomplished a big community over almost every continent. Our main target was Asian teritory and if we complete it somehow, you will watch some new AW
In-game admin (person already contacted) will be someone who will actually work by being online whole the time, as much as he can, especially in the peak time when most of current community is online. He has his tasks which are not so easy as it looks like; he will recieve some testing period so we can see does it really work as planned.

As for moderators, 3 old (inactive) ones are retiring and we are planning to give 2 new guys some modding powers . which will be totally different to current ones. We are still thinking about who are right persons for that position since it is something new and non of us experienced it before.
EDIT: One moderator will be finally be picked by community (weee, yes, Amok has had pretty big heart at last convo)

Supporters will recieve few lower powers in some areas (as chats, forums) and the number of supporters will be reduced.

Lastly, some extra things for you

Tournament generator is almost ready for implementation. We have check all your suggestions and ideas and took out the most acceptable one. It will be flexibile enough, so you can make it as you wish (league/cup, kickout/home-away, etc...)

12 6 Month Premiums will be given away for people who complete few easy tasks which will help us in promotion of the game, excluding alt accounts

5 Lifetime Premiums will be given away for those who can complete some quite harder tasks which will also help us in promotion but on some higher level

As for those who want to question about bugs and community suggestions, we are working on it, majority of bugs will be resolved (and I will just say that zoom bug will be back), several community suggestions which recieve the biggest support will be implemented (you will be informed by official thread in News forum).

Premium feature allows you to change your name for free. As non-Prem player, you need to collect 7500 SP to change a nick, sorry.
