Balance the Battle for Middle earth Map

This could be an awesome scenario, it could even become competitive, all thats required is to find a balance between the forces of good and forces of evil, where currently evil are far too powerful.

the main problem at the moment lies with the orcs of the misty mountains and the free peoples of middle earth. where one is overpowered and the other is too weak

one solution imo would be to cheapen and boost the offensive power of the eagles, making them decent and usuable with the desert storm strat. and on the other side cheapen the production of ents which apparently are meant to be a counter to the misty mountain orc attack trolls. but they are weaker and roughly 40% more expensive.

what do others think? the common consensus among those ive played the map with is that good is significantly disadvantaged.
