Help Chat Spam/Abuse

I recently turned help chat back on to help people that need it. Lately I have noticed the amount of abuse is insane, just crazy. EG. One guy earlier this morning was spamming stuff about ISIS into help chat, and recently a guy attempting to troll with the same thing over and over again, claiming "his game disappeared" then he told me and some other player (cant remember name) that he was just trolling.The 1 hour later came back with same thing saying it disappeared but this time not claiming to troll. I don't know what the reason for this kind of crap is but needs to be dealt with immediately by mods to send a clear message that it will not me tolerated. I understand people think mods abuse their power, but I think we can all agree on this.

I'm not telling the mods what to do, simply suggesting so this doesn't continue.

IMO it should have stronger filthers. I like answering in PR, but some players thinks it is better to do it in help chat. They say is because, if someone else have the same problem, he would have his issue solved aswell...

I think its best to answer questions in help chat and not pr too.This isnt about that, its about mods

Even though I didn't say it, I was implying to simply not put more responsibilities in the mods, they already have enough in their hands.

Any solution that doesn't involves moderator's action (or that minimizes their action) is pretty welcome.

I agree but these spammers are not afraid of "non mods" because we have nothing that we can do to them. Only time they listen is when mods threaten them with mute or ban.
