Allow us to have units with negative range.

Coastal batteries have -2 range in order to stop blitzkrieg from moving them
Why can't we allow other custom units have -2 range? Allow us to do this in the map editor in order to stop blitzkrieg players from moving trenches.


(There is ways to stop blitzkrieg players from doing this, but its not 100% effective or covenient)

Makes sense to want something like this, would make it easier on map makers
