Can we have a discussion about this ? And the seasonal elo system...

Simply put the current seasonal elo system is flawed, since this is the only way the game is competitive outside of cw and tournaments, i think it needs to be discussed!





I'm not singling out a coalition or players but it seems as we have two players doing the same thing;

Nothing in there says this is illegal. it is part of game.

The people who try to defend this really are not doing themselves any favours. Frankly i dont care if they're punished or not, they should just simply be removed from the seasonal elo race, like mk were with the cw season.

I called this at the moment seasonal elo was implemented.
The end of the season can only get worse ...with friends giving free elo to friends, people "gambling" elo etc.

Either punish this kind of behavior with disqualifications and small time bans or remove the seasonal elo since its obviously a fail from day one, first with farmers and now with this shit.

I didn't say you didn't won fairly ...but its hard to distinguish who is playing fairly and who is exploiting ...impossible even. If i wanted to exploit the system i could make it 100 times less obvious.

And at the end of the season what can we expect if you guys end up with close elo's? ...i expect your clan mates giving you some elo, other guys clan mates giving him etc.
The system is a fail ...we need to find a better one or stick to tournaments.

really? unknown gamer informed me via pr the other day that he was getting rid of all his elo, and offered to give me it all. We all know what happened here el, you're not fooling anyone. I suggest you stop posting, youre making yourself and your clanmates look like trolls.

Soldier is being selfish in claiming he deserves something more then other players and you are talking to players here like they are idiots claiming you had real duels in a manner of several minutes.

also el, it is interesting to see some of your true colours starting to show, like with clovis gone is the whole "pillar of the community" facade.

And this is my final response, im not interested in responding to more clanmate upvoted accusations of being a liar from someone whos own honesty is clearly in question.

To any mods reading this, get involved, the rules can be clearly interpreted to act on this since the only purpose of these duels was to gain elo. However the rules arent specific enough to justify going further. My suggestion would be to cut el and soldier of the gained elo, hit them both with warnings and update the community rules on elo farming and moderate those competing for seasonal trophies. This little issue really shouldnt require much discussion. We all can see what needs to be done. Either that or take goblins suggestion and delete the seasonal elo system altogether.
