I feel like there's no need for introductions here, it's been awaited for so long (thanks for being patient), so let's get to it, starting with the player's choice:

The number of votes between clovis and hdrakon were quite close. Hdrakon actually had more players vote for him as their 1st choice than clovis, however clovis was way more chosen as 2nd and 3rd picks. And that's how the alternative vote works, it choses the candidate that pleases the most people. Laochra follows right after hdrakon, with a not so big gap either. Nice to see that no candidate was over voted and a healthy competition existed.

I hadn't seen this video until after putting out the voting poll, perhaps next time people will be allowed to rank how-ever many candidates they want (not being restricted with 3). After using the system, I think that would be better as well.

In the mods choice, hdrakon was 1 vote away from clovis (after having applied the alternative vote). B0nker2 wins the 3rd place instead of laochra in the mod's choice, however the gap between hdrakon and b0nker2 is double the gap between clovis and hdrakon.

Finally, after the long way, I've won the Player of The Season award. Thanks to the moderator team for carrying on this project, and thanks to the community to choose me as winner. It really means a lot to me.

Big thanks to the low ranks, I've found myself very hated among the current high rank community, but I've met real support from low ranks, as inside of atWar as outside of atWar (YouTube videos got me a good reputation outside).

Thanks to my competition too, I think you all deserves a pierce of this PotY (yes, even MOU). However the biggest prize is intangible, is the community recognition that had got us to this competition in the first place.

I dont understand how hdrakon and laochra are listed as candidate for player of the year? Wasent hdrakon super inactive and what did laochra do for this community during 2014? Like i said everyone votes for their friends thats why admins never let community pick mods which is a smart move.
