INDIVIDUAL AWARDS:

Like the World Cup has best player and top scorer awards, we're going to be giving individual awards to players who distinguish themselves throughout.

The preliminary proposal is as follows:

- best player (1 player) (after every game captains submit short reports of the game and their teams' and the oppositions' performance, just basic info like who capped who or who rushed who where etc, and based on that info + possible voting we choose a best individual performance from the final 2-4 teams)

- most players killed (1 players) (this is why reports would be super helpful! )

- best team (1 award to 2 players) (best team of 2, so this would need us having enough squads of more than 2 players to give it significance)

-??? SUGGESTIONS WELCOME

It would also be great to have reporters, and maybe we could give a trophy to anyone who reports on more than 5(?) games. It might seem like trophy inflation, but for a project as ambitious as this, an extra 4-5 trophies wouldn't here (keep in mind top 3 teams receiving trophies means 6-12 trophies being handed out!)

Very good idea to award prizes to several players who may not have won this tournament, but will be congratulated by their game and their state of mind throughout this tournament.

Very good idea also to make articles on each match.
Like Black Death, can one be a player and a journalist?

Why not do as in the real big competitions of the favorite teams to the victory of the tournaments max 2, a list of outsiders 3 and a team to potential?

This could lead to a better ranking of certain teams and players in relation to the expectations of each and the individual rewards that will be given to the players.

Yes of course you can be a player and a journalist, I don't see why not. I'll be making a post for reporters to sign up and detailing the rewards and stuff.

Could you please elaborate on your final point, I don't completely understand your idea, is this to do with the sorting of the teams or like setting expectations for teams?
