Remember that bug where you couldnt capture cities? Its back.

Im in the casual game "13/77" and a player recently left. Not only did his moves go through as neutrals attacking me, but now all the land that he owned is now uncapturable. Screenshots coming as soon as my screen capture program stops being unresponsive.

too much effort to go into paint, paste the image, and crop it and such.

Takes under a minute...while using a program can take up to 2 minutes for various processing, selection of file type and/or folder's (not to mention a whole bunch of other crap, like ads, pop-ups, key-codes, $$$ etc)...you're actually being unproductive by not using glorious paint.

really, other operating systems don't have that? pig-disgusting. Why would anyone use these?
