City pop up menu

I dont know if this exists in another topic,but city menu lately is totally broken.It sits there for so much time that makes you sometimes unable to move your units.In addition to this,sometimes it bugs out and when you go try pick up a specific type of unit from the city to move it all together,when you hover your mouse over it,it keeps dissapearing before you pick what troop you want..

This issue has been expressed before. This new city menu is related to the new rank symbols. Dave didn't seem willing to fix it the last time I brought it up to him.

I think dave tinkered with it and made it last 1 second longer then it should

For fucks sake for the 18 billionth time time it has nothing to do with the rank symbols. I moved the box over on purpose. Deal with it.
