Rare Units Editing In Scenarios

Right now when making a scenario of a map we can only rename/disable build able units. All rare units are locked to the map we started the scenario from. This is problem because we might not want all those rare units from that map to be used. Why not just delete those rare units then? Because sometimes a map is used for multiple scenarios and some of those rare units might need to be used for a scenario while other scenarios need them disabled.

You can change, delete or add units (including rare units) by editting THE MAP.

I support i want to be able to make "new" units in the scenario tab instead of the map makeing tab. Why? Because then i can change the units on other players maps, which would make sennarios a lot more fun to make and play.
