I dont care if i be the bad guy after this but im gonna say the truth.So many bad mooves by so many people.Atwar is dying.
Most good players left.You look at the lobby and only half full,crappy games are on.We cant get a descent 3v3's in days.game is 90% noobs.and i dont mean low ranks.Reasons:

-Competitive scene 0.Atwar doesnt promote competitiveness and that throws good players out.Everything should have been directed to the competitive scene.Trophies,tournaments,forums,protocoins gifts,attention and etc to all players and clans playing competitive.These are the backbone to EVERY online game and once they are gone the game is fading.Thats happening to atwar.Instead of trying to bring more noobs the priority should be to keep the good ones cause from 50 new people coming only one or two will be dedicated enough to be actually good.

Good and active players dont receive the recognition they deserve.

simple example->Thunderballs come to mind.For one month we basicly had no life trying to put 187 to the top,promote 3v3 playing and training people,sharing our knowledge.Thunder deserved the credit.Instead of being recognized, if not for his skill but for his time,u gave the award of player of the month to a guy i dont even know,nor do i know any of his maps (no offense to him),acused our clan of farming instead of congratzulating and then trolling him to death.

another reason is shooting down all the good suggestions good players take the time to post on forums.CW system changing comes to mind (worst competitive ranking system i have seen),change custom map to europe+ extra cities so people without premium can actually play the competitive map and not the noob no extra cities map.I posted this on forum and hell of alot good players supported this idea but meh.. Or maybe the limit alliances thing.The biggest atwar murderer thats called allyfagging and makes people noobs,since they learn to talk alot and fight less.If everybody are so keen to alliances instead of war change the name from "atwar" to "atfriends".

Since we talking about moderators you should know this is the internet and people will always troll,i m a troll myself,so you cant go banning people left and right for that.Especially since our community is so small,we are not dota or lol with thousand of players,you cant afford to loose players to that.Also the fact you cant post names on the forums?First time i see this.This doesnt happen anywhere.Cancerous players like continuous leavers and backstabers gets called out in every game i ve played,but here apparently is against the rules..

Dont get me wrong i never had a problem with mods,they always were good to me and i really love some of them (spart and pulse come to mind).One time tho i got muted for 24hrs in all because i said "Lol andartes got rape by a muslim" and another time because i posted a youtube link of "the amazing rascist" ,the most genious comedian of all times.I m fighting rascists and fascists everyday in my country yet get muted by 12 year olds for being rascist.the irony..

Lastly,how about protocoins.You raised the prices and remooved the previous packages.Very interesting moove and timing, just when 3 other great games releashed the prices go up.Good business decision..

I have more to say but i think thats enough.Im saying all this not out of spite but because i love this game and for some reason im addicted to it.
But game got really boring for me and alot of my friends here,i m not even sure ill stick around,so if you want to salvage it you better accept my constructive critisism and not troll me.

This!! I agree with everything! But this really stands out!

Simple example->Thunderballs come to mind.For one month we basicly had no life trying to put 187 to the top,promote 3v3 playing and training people,sharing our knowledge.Thunder deserved the credit.Instead of being recognized, if not for his skill but for his time,u gave the award of player of the month to a guy i dont even know,nor do i know any of his maps (no offense to him),acused our clan of farming instead of congratzulating and then trolling him to death.

yes you are right i get a little sentimental cause he was my bro and all,im sensitive like that and im sorry.But that doesnt change the fact that my point is legit.Its also legit that for our last cw we arranged a final epic battle with EC and they tried to cheat by bringing another player 1 day prior to the match.Its also legit that after the match with EC canceled i begged Thunder to find us a very hard last cw for the finale so if we win we would deserve 1st place 100% , so we cw'ed the strong Biteme ( i disconected and lost 2 turns i even have ss of that from round 2-but i was called a liar if i recall)At the same time EC cw'ed a weak and amateur VS lineup and farmed the 1st place easily.No one said anything about that either.Chess was absent so no hard feelings, but Safari was there and allowed it.Dont get me started cause i have alot to say.Thund just fed up with all this bs.

The plant cannot grow, only dry out from the insides. There is no rainfall, thus there is no growth. There is no soil, thus there is stagnation. Add soil and rainfall, and you have a healthy plant.

Just a comment on the relevant statements:
As far as I know the premium sales system is being restructured right now. Im positive that you will get an announcement by the admins when everything is fixed.

And about moderation: No one of us likes to spend his time muting/banning players but yet it is necessary. I dont think I need to explain you why. We do host some interesting events regularily though.. player of the month/year, contests, tournaments etc. or we assist the players with the organization of their own events. It is our main goal actually to provide all of you a good time at AW so we are glad to help you with whatever that might be. So we are open to any of your suggestions, you can ask any time.

I support the majority of what you have said. I hate to see really good ideas/suggestions that would really better the game die in the forums. As for the allyfagging I think it is really turning a lot of would be good players off from AW. I hate it when I am the highest rank in a game and everyone of them pms me "ally?" Agree with everything said here. atWar need to get more competitive but not only for higher ranks but for lower ranks too, I think there should be official tournaments every 1-2 months to keep intrest in the game, and I think the cw season should have 20 games to a season.

ya ya i know i missed atwar glorious times with fruits,ballers,squirels,serbs,zizous,rainbows,leasterings and rainbows and 20 people world games and blablabla.When i joined the game, i sucked all the forum dry and got an idea.I would really like to be there from the beggining.But i can assure you that atwar was fine when i joined.Competition was fine,i was watching so many 3v3's sometimes i had to choose what to watch and forums was super active.It had everything from tactics and news to drama and andartes mutinies .Atn's and reports from cw's with pictures and interviews?that stuff was so fucking awesome i wish someone take the time to start these up again.I vote LDK and madara for the position and offcourse big ass trophies for them!

getting in a 20 player scenario with my normal account -> 5+ pms before games start "allies"? Another 10+ alliance request 1st turn.

People judge by rank, maybe you get under or over estimated

Overestimate high ranks.underestimate lower ranks.Thats always the case.Also if someone strong low or high rank he will get allyfaged no matter what,thats also the case.

I also hate the fact that there are very few competitive people in my rank these days. I can only name a handful of rank 6s that actually know what they're doing in a 3v3. I have no issue playing with higher ranks, but it would be nice if every once in a while I could play a competitive person in my rank who knows how to play.

It's shocking that I'm considered decent for a rank 6, and that there are probably under 10 rank 6's who could be survive in 3v3 at this time. And that's counting me. Every time a 3v3 is opened to rank 6s, there will be one who does not know how to wall, or just builds tanks and dosn't move anything else, or wf. I've even seen rank 7s do this.

Even back in January when I joined (yes, I'm as old as khal.eesi, a testimony to my uslessness), generally you could expect to predict how good any particular person was based on their rank. Now you find rank 6s and 7s who managed to attain sp by playing bad scenarios, which is so much easier than playing more challenging competetive games. I've seen games advertised as "world map low funds", that are 50k.

Competition is dying out, and the only reason I'm half decent is because I got lucky. I managed to keep getting in the way when thunderballs was ranking up, thereby suffering the educational experience of getting completely annihilated by a good player with ease. I also managed to invited to AoW because I had good stats, and Andartes wanted to replace what he had lost, but discovered he couldn't, because there are almost no good new players.

I remember hosting 3 vs 3s in Afterwind. Was fun. Now I hardly get anyone in AtWar!

The solution is clear. Put a permanent rank 7 minimum rank on scenarios and make EU+ 10k extra cities as a map anyone can use.

No, this is just unfair, I say we have a separate lobby for custom games that isn't the default one.

Yes you guys are the new generation of competitive play,and many of you are dedicated but others..rank 6 and 7 playing like 3 and 8 playing like 5
Another sad thing is there arent much 3v3 with high ranks going on so lower rank people cant watch and learn some mooves.I remember i used to be
a scenario player as well but i got bored it became to easy and alliances annoyed me,but the change was easy for me because i could watch so
many 3v3 with great players all the time and study what they were doing.That is hard for the lower ranks now,cause not much 3v3 is going on.
