See on one hand you French have great food. On the other, you eat snails.....

India has quite a bit of its own unique dishes but the UK pretty much stole them all and are marketing them as national dishes, like the unoriginal fucks they are (Chicken tikka masala is an Indian dish people! Not British! Westminster Abbey is filled with liars!)

Call me racist when it comes to food and sport, but:

When you cook your food, why you actually don't COOK it? God dammit look, it's still red inside, how do you eat that? In my part of the world, we say english food is the worst, because you make bad combination of types of food(bacon for breakfast. beans/peas and sausage etc) and drinks (tea with milk).

Compare English food with the French cousine, look at this taste gap: chocolate, candies, bread, cookies, cream, bagles, icecream, meat they have.

Russians recognize only 4 national cousines: Greek, Hungarian, Italian and French. Everything else is ethnic barbarism.

Dont get me wrong i think english food is quite plain and boring but, if you cook it well with the right seasoning and ingredients it turns out well.

The red beef (no other meat) if it is fresh it is hygienic and you get the greater taste in flavor due to the blood and the moisture.

My favourites, Mediterranean, Curry(Asian), Chinese. Jamaican.

Also a great Turkish place near me, do great Tea with no milk.

I'm not from Georgia, i just change locations often, i'm from Russia but my father is Greek. We also have bad food which is 80% around potato. And if it is not potato, it's soup. That's the mentality, very hard to change it.

But when it comes to meat (usually holiday or some celebration), we cook(fry) it until we carbonize it, to make sure there is no blood or fat left. That's why i'm disgusted when i watch movies and see them eat 'american' meat Blood and red meat inside is just too much!

P.S.
meat we eat the most is called шашлык(shashlyk), in the West it is known as 'kebab' which originate from Turkey, but that is wrong as we all stole it from Greece and should be recognized worldwide as 'Souvlaki'.

I eat chicken meat and since recently pig meat. I bought a farm so i can now, but pig meat is very expensive here, couldn't before unless it is christmas, new year or some wedding. But i don't know english words for types of meat/food or to explain what part of the chicken i eat.

I must admit i like chicken meat more, it is really tasty, especially if cooked with potato, in greek oil if i'm not wrong (my wife cook, i'm still struggling to cut bread), but i don't like every part of pig meat, it is somehow bitter, not sweet and juicy like chicken. So i can only eat pig meat from the back, that's tasty.

Well, not rear like buttocks, but pig's back muscles (part between rear and head).

Men in Russia are bad in the kitchen, that was women job for millenia. Now there's some trendy fad to cook modern stuff, and men cooking, not enough to stop your hunger, just little tasty(big plates, as much less as possible food in it). We have European cooking channels, all housewifes are going crazy about it, even my wife. Rudolph van Veen is like a rockstar for Russian housewives.

Idk what to fucking share, there are so many typical spanish dishes I could be sharing food for days! For now I'll simply share one of the many masterpieces from the part of Spain which I'm native from: Galicia (northern Spain).

Pulpo a feira (better known as galician or boiled octopus):



I could share lots of seafood (zamburiñas, scallops, oysters, navajas or razor shells, prawns, lobsters, langoustine, clam), fish (specially cod, hake, eel, turbot, trout, etc.), meats (specially pig, beef and a bit of wild boar), patty (can be filled with meat, seafood and fish). We even have quality cheese, honey and chorizos! Food is love, if you ever come to Galicia, prepare your stomach

You are wrong, because if you poorly cook the meat, and its red inside: it's a chewing gum. That's why we carbonize it, make it crispy. That's why when we watch American movies and see them eat, we say 'they will start making bubbles' (like you do with chewing gum).

Internationally, yes. You have political correctness these days, they will recognize every type of food if they see you have political borders and border checkpoints. But historically and traditionally, atleast when we speak for Europe, only 4 cuisines are recognized: Greek, Hungarian in East Europe and Italian, French in West Europe, although Italian and Greek can also be put in the same basket as South Europe, but that's geography, nothing more. They are different, rich, innovative and skilled.

They created combinations that will last as long as humankind. pasta, pizza, souvlaki, gulash, baguette, gyros, spagetti, paprikash, croisant. Nothing can compete with this, and every new combo future generations try, will have counterpart in these old recepies, thus making it redundant.

Most European countries are influenced by those 4 national cuisines, and those who aren't, are influences by those who are, thus making them third-grade quality. Quality and taste so different, they comfort themselves they're unique and original. But they are not.

National cuisine should not be mixed with modern cooking where they desperately try to combine million ingredients and make the portion as small as possible. I'm talking about Rudolph van Veen, who is Dutch but studied in various european cooking and baking schools, and is heavily influenced by French cuisine.

This is a culinary heresy! Only meat-ignorant people burn meat. Don't waste your money on meat if you are going to burn it.

And btw. your comment on european cusine is over-simplistic.
You judging the cusine of one country as if it exists in a static culture with no influences from neigboring countries and even other regions. Don't forget that culture is fluid, specially if we observe it over a longer period of time.
