You don't need to have more than 20 people at the same time, instead we can have up to 50 scenario picks that can be picked as soon as one of the first 20 spots dies .

Example: Game has 50 scenario sides, players pick 20 and the game start, one of the 20 player dies and rejoins with one of the 30 scenario sides that remain available, if 5 people leave then other 5 people can join with any of the 29 spots available, then some people lose and then new players can join with any of the 24 sides available etc.

Colors won't be a problem since the new map editor already has custom colors.
