Battles Fall 1806
Wasting no time, Napoleon advanced with all due haste to Berlin, his army living off the land and seizing from the locals as it went. With stunning speed he approached the coalition defensive lines, which were incredibly formidable. Kutuzov, the leader of the Coalition forces became incapacitated by camp fever (leader falls ill card) and send messengers for Bagration to join his army with all due haste, trusting only another russian. Bagration tried, but failed to reach the battle. Napoleon's army drove the Coalition forces from the heights around Berlin and set up their guns there (high ground battle card). Prussian forces charged repeatedly to drive them off but failed and were gunned down in the thousands. Turks almost took the right in a fierce charge but too also failed. French forces then counter charged and routed the allis, devastating the Prussian forces especially.
As the French took the Coalition camp they captured russian officers before they could burn dispatches, and found out that Bagration was on his way, and learned the route he was taking. Napoleon swiftly sent Soult and Davout with the cavalry around Berlin to seize the bridges on the Oder River. Bagration learned only of the Berlin defeat too late, and sought to withdraw but found the French had encircled him. Napoleon, in no mood to parley terms or be honorable, ordered them to be wiped out without mercy. Russians attempted numerous breakouts but were slaughtered horrifically. Bagration and Benningsen did manage to escape with a small portion of their army intact but most of the Russians surrendered. This blow added an extra sting to the defeat at Berlin.
Gustav took the initiative by invading Norway immediatly with his army in Svealand. Crossing the cold norwegian mountains, thousands died of attrition (1 division) but they achieved total surprise upon the Norwegians. A small battle took place at Elvestad where the local forces were routed. But, on the horizon out at sea Swedish scouts reported Danish ships had arrived in Oslo at the head of a larger army. Swedish forces dug in outside the city. Carl August planned various attacks to drive the Swedes from the valley but each failed. Then, dire news hit the defenders of Oslo, the Royal Navy was on its way to support the Swedes. Carl had no choice now but to abandon the city and return to Copenhagen, lest the entire Danish army be cut off from its homeland.
At last, the Coalition takes Badajoz from Spain. Napoleon is furious and demands Castanos retake it with his army, but he refuses and requests reinforcements be sent or else Spain may fall soon.

Battles Winter 1806
Wellington, with Moore and Beresford developed an elaborate strategy to end the Spanish-Portugese war and it began with a march on Madrid. Castaños however had been preparing for this for months, and at Talavera had entrenched himself. Inspired by Spanish nationalism 2 new divisions, over 10,000 more volunteers bolster his ranks (conscripts card played). Wellington saw the Spanish army was in a better position but he had horse artillery (horse artillery played) and planned to move them up to heights on the right flank and pummel their position. But, Castaños had left the Grenadiers in reserve, unleashing them and they caught the entire british artillery detachment (outflanked card played) turning it around on the anglo-portuguese ranks. Now under fire from their own artillery, and larger Spanish army, the army routed and was cut down by cavalry. Wellington managed to save what remained of the army and returned to Badajoz in shame.

Battles Spring 1807
Ever since the Battle off Costa de Luz, the Franco-Spanish fleet had sulked under blockade. Some good news came when francs arrived to fund the repair of the french ships, but the impoverished Spanish government could not. Napoleon regarded naval affairs hardly at all, nor seemingly did Spain. When Badajoz fell and British regiments marched into Cadiz they threatened to turn the harbor guns on the navy forcing the fleet to set sail for safer harbors. The Royal Navy was prepared, and in coordination with Wellington had kept frigates watching at all hours of the day. Lumbering like a sick animals from their cave, they were quite easy to catch. Without the wind, the Spanish ships being effectively only floating hulks, the battle was a foregone conclusion. Only the leading quality French ships put up a fight and managed to escape. The rest, especially many of the spanish surrendered after the first british broadsides. Other more brave and prideful captains and crews endured a horrifying hell of barrage and had to be boarded before throwing up the white flag, or sinking. The battle was a resounding success for the British Empire, which now had eliminated the largest fleet opposing it.

Battles Summer1807
Trying another approach to Madrid, Wellington met the Spanish on the plains of La Mancha. Castaños was very eager to use his superior numbers in infantry charges. Although incurring high losses, eventually the sustained ferocious assault overwhelmed the right flank of Portuguese recruits. Wellington was hard pressed on all fronts and had no reserves to bolster that side, instead ordering a careful withdrawl back to Badajoz. Overeager spainards were killed in the sloppy pursuit, however they celebrate the victory, while the British High Command is displeased by the continuing failures in iberia. Moore is dispatched back to Lisbon.
The russian garrison at Corfu in combination with the russian navy do a surprise attack on poorly defended French Italy, Konstantin takes Venice and sways the cities of Milan and Trieste to his cause.
edit: russia lost 1 division

Battles Spring 1808
Through the immense efforts and patience, Napoleon received massive reinforcements from France and Bavaria. Pushing north, the Coalition reacted by agreeing to meet him in battle. Hope was placed in Levin August von Bennigsen, liked by the Russians for his service and the Prussians due to being from Hanoverian noble family in Brunswick (His special ability of 4 BR is used). Benningsen placed troops along all the crossings of the Elbe, to block the path between Leipzig and Berlin. He guessed the main attack would be at Wittenberg, on the main road, so put most of the army there however Napoleon shifted his army in the last hours farther east at Torgau. The german auxilliary troops were ordered to storm across the river, swim if necessary. Initially, the Prussians inflicted heavy casualties but supported by heavy artillery they were driven from Torgau and were mostly shattered. Bennigsen kept moving more troops to support Torgau while Napoleon also attacked Wittenberg. In the chaos, 6 russian and prussian divisions received contradictory dispatches or they never arrived to fight at either location (Lost Dispatch card) The morale of the Coalition army broke after relentless French bayonet charges support by the Imperial Guard and they fled east. Another great french victory.
The Danes, unhappy about the blockade of Copenhagen and sensing an opportune time to strike emerged from the Harbor at dawn. Their sails were spotted by a Swedish frigate within an hour and a hasty meeting between the swedish and russian admiral concluded it was best to fight. Although they outnumbered the Danes, the Royal Danish Navy was noted for its quality ships and real war experience fighting barbary pirates. Cannonfire boomed out across the bay as both sailed by each other in long lines. The Danish admiral however was very cautious and kept his fleet at a distance, afraid of losing ships or else Copenhagen would be doomed. As such, most of the shots on both sides fell short or bounced off the enemy hulls with little to no damage except for a swedish ship running aground and a danish ship losing some of its rigging. Both sides eventually ran out of ammunition and the Danish returned to port. The Russians and Swedes celebrated the result, they still held control of the Baltic.

Battles Summer 1808
The British Admiralty decides to change policy, no negotiations with pirates. Instead, the Bey recieves a visit from the Royal Navy. Last minute negotiations were attempted but these failed. Heavy shore batteries did great damage upon the leading british ships but they managed to enter the harbor. The Algerian flotilla of 40 gunboats made an attempt to board the flagship while the sailors were aloft setting sail, but twenty-eight of their boats were sunk by broadsides, and the remaining ran themselves on shore. The rest of the smaller algerian ships were annihilated. And after grave british losses in ships the Algerian batteries were all silenced. Royal Marines land and took the fight to the streets, freeing christians from chains and bringing them to safey. After this mission was achieved, the British fleet turned all guns towards the city and the Bey's Palace reducing it to burning rubble.
(british lose 2 squadrons)
Napoleon's spent no time parading in Berlin this time. After negotiations with Queen Louise failed, he pushed into Poland. Kutuzov felt that they were now outmatched, and tried to withdraw but the French caught up with him at Kalisch. The French line was not in good order because of the hasty marching and pursuits, while the Prussian army was low on supplies and morale. The Russians however had rallied to Kutuzov and led a bold attack on the french line, nearly almost carrying the day. Seeing his soldiers running, Marmont grabbed the fallen French banner from the ground and charged foward yelling "No retreat, Vive la France!" As Marmont fought russian soldiers alone his men were inspired to save him and rally back to battle yelling "Vive la France" which spreads across the entire battle line. (Hero Card). Napoleon notices this and moves his grenadiers to support Marmont and in a glorious charge breaks the russian line and shattering the Coalition force for good (Massed Grenadiers Card)
With the defeat of Prussia, the Polish rise up with French support under Józef Antoni Poniatowski who leads nationalists to Danzig and together they lay siege to the last redoubt of Prussian Power, Königsberg which falls after months.

Battles Summer 1810
Disappointed that Kutuzov escaped his gras, and with scouts reporting that he was mobilizing massive Russian reserves, Napoleon instead ordered Brest to be besieged. For months the cannons bombard the well made star fort and numerous assaults are launched. Without Russian relief, the fortress finally surrenders in August, but it is in bad need of repair
Castaños and Blake had held Madrid for years against sporadic british and Portuguese assaults. Finally reports returned that Wellington was moving once again, from Lisbon. Castaños had a slight numerical superiority but the enemy were of better quality. Forming up again at the strategic location of Talavera, the British this time devised a new tactic of massing on one flank while refusing their other (Refuse Flank card played). The british initial attack faltered, the good position of the Spanish inflicted great casualties. For hours this continued until Wellington took personal command of the frontile away from Moore and Beresford, and led the final grand attack which broke the Spanish line completely. Castaños and Blake only manage to fleet to Aragon with 3 divisions while the British are encamped outside Madrid
+1 glory to UK
