Texas has already enacted their own rules to ensure this is contained to the best they can, but USA and CDC arent doing shit so Texas doesnt have the power to stop them if they leave texas. What is happening is Texas is putting officers at the suspected people who may get Ebola, at their homes then if they try to leave they dont let them, if they continue, well its texas what do you think is gonna happen?
