Don't know if there was ever a discussion made for this but this is to post those unfair, rude, illicit players. State their username and any other information you want to, together with why you should not play with them or just be cautious with them. I'll begin:

Disrespecting other gamers by verbal abuse and rude behaviour on asking players to leave his game for unknown reason.

This is not allowed. You can't publicly call out players. PM a mod a list of troubled players you encounter!
