Short Intro as to why this map/scenario should be shortlisted
I worked hard to make this map as custom, but historical and balanced as possible. I
also make sure to add units, rivers, and make it look nice. If you don't believe me, then just go play it!

I worked hard for about 2-3 months straight working on this map by myself,
and I think I did pretty good with the borders and balanced it well
(considering I was new to map making when I made it).

Do non-team games get less points for balance? I think they should, as a game where 5 people could ally against you is clearly not balanced.

No. A map with no preset alliance will have a maximum of 1 ally set as default.

No. A map with no preset alliance will have a maximum of 1 ally set as default.

Sorry I wasn't very clear. My point wasn't that too many alliances would be unbalanced, it was that if a map-maker has no idea who will ally who, then how can that map be balanced?

For example, if in one game Germany and UK allied and Netherlands and Portugal allied and were fighting each other, the income/units available to UK/Ger would be very unfair towards NL/Por. Yet in another game Germany could ally China and get gangbanged in Europe as he has no allies there...

Games like this would just come down to who allies who and can clearly not be called balanced.

Gameplay balance in non-team games is impossible. But balance in terms of reinforcement can slightly be adjusted, by making sure no one has too much production.

I am also going to enter another map, Panda's LoN: Origins, if I can finish it all in time. If I do win anything I don't want to receive my prize, I want to decide who to donate it too :3 Thanx Meester for hosting this competition.

the first map was ww2 ffa i think, and the 2nd one was ww1 but with all of africa, which hasnt been done to a good map yet

Now I know that this is a Roleplay map and that there is a huge grudge against rp maps in general, But this is why I think it should be shortlisted because the borders are clean.. I even have lakes and rivers added in, Not all but most of the major ones. I have done correct income for all countries.. Even touched on places like Australia, New Zealand, Chile...etc places that no other rp map has really worked on in detail. I have created unique units for every single country including units that have yet to be seen in popular maps like tempted's rp and adogs...
