One week ago, a Shiite militia operating under Iran's instructions attacked an American military base in Iraq that killed one American, and several service members were wounded. In response, the US demanded from Iran to stop it's hostile activities against the US or its allies. And earlier this week the USA attacked a Shiite militia that was a proxy of Iran as a retaliation. The crossing of the red line by Iran against the US, by putting the lives of American diplomats in jeopardy in the American embassy in Iraq, has pushed the US to eliminate Soleimani to deter Iran from launching further attacks against US targets. And in addition to that, he was an arch-terrorist who has launched a lot of terror attacks around the world for over 30 years. He began with the bombing of the Israeli embassy in Argentina in 1992, and another two years later, and continued with many terror attacks around the world and in the Middle East in particular. And especially against American troops through various terrorist organizations since the US invasion of Iraq. And he was also one of the key causes of the civil war that has been raging in Yemen for more than 5 years because of the funding, training, support, information, and weapons he has provided to Houthi insurgents and other mass terrorist organizations across the Middle East such as Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, etc.

It was a mistake in identification that resulted from the Iran-Iraq war. During the Iraq-Iran war Iraq attacked an American ship and killed almost 40 sailors.

A year after this attack, a plane approaching them was discovered on the radar, the Americans assumed this civilian plane was an Iranian fighter jet and fired at it only after the hit they realized it was a mistake. And the number of victims wasn't over 300 but around 275.

And before this attack, the two countries were operating against merchant ships moving in the Persian Gulf, including gas tankers and U.S. ships, since early 80s.

The protests were against unsanctioned US bombings on Iraqi civilians, which was condemned by the democratically elected Iraqi government, who have demanded US forces leave Iraq.

Qasem Soleimani was a well-respected military General fighting an expansionist war by a rabid Israeli government, wielding its retard-strength american lapdog, hellbent on destroying Iran. Iran has been the victim of foreign aggression for almost a century. That's life, it sucks, but don't you dare imply they are the aggressors when they have done nothing but react to a hostile geo-political landscape vowing to destroy them for 40 years.

Soleimani was described by his enemies as a pious warrior-monk, loved by his nation and had an incredible ability to galvanise various factions into a unified cause. Soleimani was instrumental in defeat of ISIS. Where was Israel during this conflict? Arming and aiding ISIS affiliates.

The US is not at war with Iran. The Iraqi government has demanded US forces leave Iraq. Soleimani was a legal military representative of a sovereign nation, on sovereign soil, at an international airport. His assassination is cold-blooded murder, a war crime and a declaration of war that will escalate. That is clearly what you want, Zionist.
