Introduction/Rules

With the enabled feature of custom maps now available on atWar, it is about time that we reward map-makers for their continued works.

Format:
Submission period of 2 weeks, with parallel assessment
Voting period of 2 weeks, with shortlisted maps only
Announcement of results at the start of each season

Dates:
Each season begins on the Sunday beginning on:
November of Year Before (Winter)-Finished, See HERE
March of Year (Spring)
June of Year (Summer)
September of Year (Autumn)

Prizes:
Top 5 maps/scenarios (combined list) will receive winnings as follows:

1st-1500 Protocoins
2nd-1000 Protocoins
3rd-700 Protocoins
4th-500 Protocoins
5th-300 Protocoins

Prizes will be shared for scenario maker and the map-maker if different people

Seasonal Top-5 re-submission for another season is NOT allowed

Top 5 Shortlist Criteria:

Map-making ability (How background images are picked; How backgrounds are drawn etc)
Map-balance (How many reinforcement cities have; How much income cities have)
Development (How many cities are in each country; How accurate placements are; How many custom units)
Entertainment factor (How people play it; How people react to other players)

Judges for this shortlist will be Mods and Admins only along with participating map/scenario makers

Im just wondering how YOU became the one to "run" this forum.

I have a question, how many maps/scenario can we submit?
because i have 3 scenarios and 1 map.

Your best one to win, obviously. Should more than 1 creation by same person reach the shortlist then they risk split votes.
Or that you want to save your map to compete in another less crowded season.
